What happen's at my first initial consultation?

We will require some information from you prior to your visit. You will be sent some forms to fill out which will need to be completed before your appointment. When you arrive at the salon you will be taken to the treatment room and the therapist will start with a medical history assessment and will discuss the reason for the treatment.

Do I need to be referred?​
​
You do not need to be referred, but the therapist will do their assessment to make sure you do not have any contraindications that will hinder the treatment.

How qualified is your therapist?​
​​
Your therapist is highly qualified in their line of work.
Luan holds a Degree in Human Movement Science and an Honors Degree in Biokinetics. On top of this, Luan has acquired a Diploma in Sports Massage and will use his years of experience to treat every client to reach their goals.

Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my appointment?

We take a 50% deposit upon booking your appointment. The remainder is then paid on the day.

How do I pay?
​
Payment can be made by card over the telephone/in person, using an online payment link, via the online booking system and/or alternatively you can pay by bank transfer.

What is your Cancellation Policy?
​
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, 24 hours notice must be given before your appointment time. If you were to cancel within 24 hours then there is a 50% cancellation charge. Any ‘no show’s' will be charged 100% cost of the treatment charge.

Is there parking available?

There is an allocated parking space at the salon. Please note this isn't always available. You can find off-site parking across the road and/or at the train station (at a cost).
